About Rotazen
A rota app from Sofia, for anyone who works in shifts
Rotazen was built first for Bulgarian restaurants and bars, where the rota still lives in Viber and Excel. Hotels, shops, clinics and warehouses plan their shifts the same way, so it works for them too.
What it does
- Helps you plan the week and puts it on everyone's phone
- Lets staff clock in from their phones at the venue
- Turns their hours into a gross pay summary for your accountant
- Кодекс на труда warnings you switch on
What it doesn't do
Net pay, taxes and filings with НАП and НОИ. Those stay with your accountant; Rotazen gives them the gross summary.
Legal verdicts. Rotazen warns about the checks you switch on, but it doesn't say whether a rota is lawful. It isn't legal advice.
