Rotazen provides a cloud-based workforce scheduling platform that enables businesses to:

• Create and manage employee work schedules
• Track employee availability and time-off requests
• Display informational warnings based on Bulgarian labor law (Кодекс на труда)
• Facilitate shift swaps and schedule changes
• Generate reports and analytics on workforce scheduling

Rotazen is a scheduling tool that provides informational warnings based on Bulgarian labor law rules. These warnings are advisory only and do not constitute legal advice or guarantee compliance. Your business is solely responsible for all scheduling decisions and for ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including the Кодекс на труда.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization and ensuring that all users comply with these Terms.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
